As a bartender at Ristorante Bellora, you are stationed in the daily operations of the bar and there to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests. You mix and serve high-quality drinks, recommend suitable wine and cocktail choices, and actively contribute to providing guests with a high-class overall experience. You work closely with the service team and the kitchen to ensure smooth and professional guest interactions.

We are looking for someone with experience in the bar or restaurant industry who has a genuine interest in beverages and service. You are social, attentive, and have an easy time building relationships with guests. In stressful situations, you remain calm and consistently deliver excellent service. We value teamwork, initiative, and a desire to grow.

• Experience as a bartender or similar role in a restaurant or bar.

• Good product knowledge in wine, spirits, and cocktails; training or certification is a plus.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures in the restaurant industry.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility regarding working hours; evenings, weekends, and holidays may occur.

Employment type: Part-time / Full-time as agreed. Varied working hours with a focus on evenings and weekends.

Start date and salary: According to agreement and start date as agreed.
